The folllowing terms and conditions are applicable for all purchases made by and individual (hereafter referred to as ’the Customer’) via crossdenmark.dk, crossdenmark.nl, crossdenmark.fr, crossdenmark.de, crossdenmark.com (hereafter collectively referred to as ’crossdenmark.dk’).
Any purchase of an Item from crossdenmark.dk is subject to: (i) this Purchase Policy; (ii) any special terms and conditions which may be displayed on our website; and (iii) the terms and conditions of the Event Partner(s) and/or event, which can be found on their respective websites. Once the organiser of Telenet UCI Cyclo-Cross World Cup Bogense in Bogense November 19th 2017 and UCI Cyclo-Cross World Championships in Bogense February 2nd and 3rd 2019 (hereby referred to as ’the Supplier/Crossdenmark Sekretariat’) has registred the payment for the purchase will both the Supplier and the Customer be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
Tickets, giftvouchers and products (hereby referred to as ’the product’). A purchase of a Product will be considered as complete once the Supplier has delivered the Product to the Customer (via e-mail or other media). Along with the delivery of the Product the Customer will also be provided with an e-mail receipt detailing the purchase. The responsibility for providing a correct e-mail address, allowing the Supplier to fulfil the delivery, resides fully with the Customer.
The full price of the Product will be deducted from your account on the same day as the Product is delivered. All communication regarding payment is secured via encryption to guarantee the privacy of our card details meaning the Supplier will not be able to view nor store your card details.
PRICES AND FEES
The price of the events listed on crossdenmark.dk and are inclusive of VAT and Tax. However, each ticket is subject to a per item surcharge. Bookings will also incur a fee for credit/debit card payments. The exact fees will be displayed once the Customer has chosen preferred method of payment.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancelling your order.
VALIDITY OF PRODUCTS
Delivered Products are only valid for the event detailed on the Product. This information is included on the delivery receipt and is verified with every transaction.
Products purchased will only be refunded in case of event cancellation. If an event is cancelled, the Customer will be offered a refund of the sale price of the Product excluding the per order handling fee.
According to Danish Law ’Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 18 stk. 2 nr. 12’, the purchase of the Products offered by Crossdenmark.dk are not subject to the right of cancellation.
In case the Ticket is lost, a replacement Ticket can be obtained by contacting the Supplier via the contact details listed on crossdenmark.dk. A replacement Ticket will only be issued against valid photo-ID as well as provision of the phone number and email used during purchase of the original Ticket.
Any form of complaints regarding said event or purchase of tickets shall be directed against the following;

It is not possible to change nor exchange the Product once a purchase is complete
THE CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
The customer is responsible for the printing and the storage of the Product. The Product is required for admission at the event and should therefore be kept safe and only accessible to the Customer. The Supplier rejects any responsibility regarding Project fraud committed by Customers.
The Customer will be subject to the rules and regulations stated by the Event Planner(s) and/or Ventures and is expected to behave accordingly. Should the Customer be evicted due to non-compliance with stated standards and expectation, he/she will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation from Supplier.
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish Law, and any disputes arising out of any transaction with the Supplier are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts
